::31 days::day four::

Today! I went flying with my Dad.  This was the challenge for today.  My Dad took flying lessons when he was about my age then got too busy with work and providing for his family that it fell away.  Well, earlier this year he took up flying again.  Both my brother and my Mom have flown with Dad but I hadn't.  It was getting to the point where I [almost] didn't want to go -- a slight hint of fear.

I decided to go flying this morning.  It was a bit foggy when we woke up but as the day crept on, the fog rolled away and it has been a gorgeous day!

::my Dad::

::Dad is suuuuuuper meticulous.  The flight check sheet sure made me feel better.::

 ::waiting to take off::
::me and Dad::

 ::me and Mom::

 ::two tootsie rolls to keep me occupied en flight::
 ::the colors on the trees will be absolutely beautiful in another week or two::

::pretty, orderly fields::
 ::the best part of the flight was flying over our family's bus route.  We stop at that 4-way stop every Sunday morning::

That was my fun for today!

See ya tomorrow!

REBECCA.

I'm not sure I would be brave enough to go on such a little plane! Haha...the tootsie rolls made me laugh!

Whoa! Amazing photos, Rebecca.
Too funny about the two little Tootsie Rolls, though. I might have to have a full bag of them if I were to fly in a plane that size :)
