When I woke up this morning, the word on my mind was NEW.

I went to bed early and woke up so refreshed this morning.

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are NEW every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

Here are some NEW things in my life from the past week.

a new baby -- our dear friends' baby -- we cannot stop gushing -- she is simply adorable

new buds on the trees -- many, many trees are popping out buds because of this delightful weather

new cabinets -- new organization -- hallelujah
